As the Chiefs gear up for their 2024 season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, Kelce spoke to the media and addressed concerns about possibly getting less playing time due to his age. He was firm in his response: "I probably wouldn’t listen to them if they did," Kelce said when asked if the team suggested he take it easy. Last month, it was reported that Rice had off-field issues that were complicated by an incident during his time at SMU.  According to the report, Rice and some friends went to an SMU basketball game believing former SMU basketball player Kendric Davis was seeing Rice’s girlfriend.
