The track, from Roan’s 2023 album The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess, has been nominated for multiple Grammy Awards. Before playing the song, Franz Ferdinand’s frontman Alex Kapranos praised Roan, saying, “It’s just an amazing song by an incredible artist. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love her music. This song’s incredible, so we’re going to play it.” The band added their signature indie style to the pop track during the performance.
