According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the former NBA All-Star has successfully brought two of his ex-Lakers teammates to join him in Taiwan. DeMarcus Cousins and Quinn Cook will be playing alongside Howard for the Taiwan Mustangs during the Asian Tournament in July. Howard, Cousins, and Cook were part of the Los Angeles Lakers' 2020 NBA championship team, although Cousins did not play that season due to a torn ACL.
