Hamlin had been admitted to the facility on Monday after transferring from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was initially treated following a cardiac arrest he suffered during the Bills' Jan. 2 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. He had been in critical condition for multiple days, but the team announced Jan. 5 that he was awake and responsive with the ability to move his hands and feet, and his neurological condition and function were intact.
