Photo: Chad Kroeger / Instagram Nickelback singer Chad Kroeger is set to make his acting debut in a new comedy series created by Jared Keeso, the mind behind Letterkenny and Shoresy. The show, called I Kill the Bear , will be a six-episode, half-hour series for the Crave streaming service. Production has started in Sudbury, Ontario, and the story follows a family of bear wranglers for film sets who decide that after 100 years, they will make this film their last. Other cast members include Jonathan Torrens, Adrian Holmes, Sarah Maude Beauchesne, Kristin Kreuk, Megha Sandhu, Scott Thompson, Dylan Playfair, Eliana Jones, and Frederick Roy, the son of NHL great Patrick Roy.
