Lil Wayne’s Manager Denies Joe Budden’s Claims About Kendrick Lamar

Photo: Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar / Instagram   Joe Budden is back in the spotlight, stirring up drama with claims that don’t add up.  On his recent podcast, Budden said Lil Wayne tried to call Kendrick Lamar after hearing his name on the song “Wacced Out Murals” by GNX.  According to Budden, Kendrick didn’t answer, and Wayne supposedly went on to record a diss track aimed at him. Photo: Joe Budden / Instagram   Budden also threw in another claim, suggesting Eminem dissed Wayne on his verse in “No Love.” However, Wayne’s manager, Fabian Marasciullo, quickly shut down the story. He responded on Instagram with a single emoji: the “Cap” emoji, slang for “false” or “lies.” Joe Budden says Lil Wayne tried to call Kendrick Lamar about Wacced Out Murals and Kendrick didn’t pick up the phone which inspired Lil Wayne to go in the booth and make a response record to him 🧐🧐🧐🧐 pic.twitter.com/fhy14otgN9 — Ahmed/The Ears/IG: BigBizTheGod 🇸🇴 (@big_business_) November 27, 20...

Drake Jokes About Taking Down DeRozan’s Jersey If Raptors Retire It

Photo: Drake, DeMar DeRozan/Instagram   Toronto’s own Drake has always been one of the biggest fans of the Toronto Raptors. Since becoming the team’s global ambassador in 2013, he’s been a regular at games, building close friendships with players and even sharing memorable moments with the team. But recently, there’s been some tension between him and former Raptors star DeMar DeRozan . This offseason, DeRozan appeared in a music video for Kendrick Lamar ’s song Not Like Us , a track that took shots at Drake. Later, in Los Angeles, DeRozan even joined Lamar on stage to perform the song. Despite this, DeRozan told The Sacramento Bee  in July that he still considers Drake a friend. He brushed off the feud as "entertainment," comparing it to a competitive matchup between legends like Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan . Drake, however, doesn’t seem to feel quite the same way. On Saturday, when DeRozan visited Toronto as a player for the Sacramento Kings, Drake made a light-hearted ...

Photo: Drake, Kendrick Lamar (Instagram) Rumors have been swirling that Drake sent a cease-and-desist letter to Kendrick Lamar over his song "Not Like Us." However, a representative for the Toronto rapper has confirmed that these rumors are false. The buzz started over the weekend (September 28-29) when music manager Wack 100 claimed on the Clubhouse app that Drake had blocked Kendrick from performing the song and was trying to get the NFL involved to stop him.  But Drake's team has now cleared the air, stating there was never any plan or intention to send such a letter. Photo: Drake (Instagram) Earlier this year, Drake did face legal trouble when Tupac’s estate sent him a cease-and-desist letter for using AI to replicate Tupac’s vocals on a track. Drake removed the song after receiving the warning. Drake was accused of sending a cease and desist letter to Kendrick Lamar to prevent him from performing Not Like Us at the Super Bowl. @Akademiks confirmed with Drake himself...
