The movie, made by A24, is set to come out next year. Johnson, known for his love of sports, especially wrestling and MMA, was excited to take on this role. He even got to give UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal his BMF title at Madison Square Garden in 2019, showing his passion for MMA. But playing Mark Kerr was a different level of challenge for Johnson. Nate Diaz Sues For $9 Million Fight Purse From Jorge Masvidal Match

Diaz has filed a lawsuit, saying he hasn't been paid for their fight. After leaving the UFC last year, Diaz fought Jake Paul in his first boxing match and lost. This month, he fought Masvidal in a boxing rematch and won.  Despite his victory, Diaz says he hasn't been paid for the fight.
