Photo: Kyle Guy (Instagram) Kyle Guy, a former Miami Heat player, has retired from basketball to join the Virginia Men's Basketball coaching staff. Known as one of the best shooters in Virginia's history, Guy was the 55th pick in the 2019 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks and played three seasons in the league, most recently with the Miami Heat during the 2021-22 season. In his last NBA season, Guy averaged 3.9 points per game, shooting 40% from the field and 35% from three-point range in 19 games. Over the past two seasons, he played overseas.
