The suit was filed in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and includes the University of Georgia Athletic Association, Jalen Carter , the estate of Chandler LeCroy , and an Athens strip club as defendants. The plaintiff seeks $2 million in damages. According to the police, LeCroy's SUV was traveling at 104 mph when it crashed, killing both him and Devin Willock, while injuring two other staffers.
