Photo: Madonna (Instagram) Pop superstar Madonna won a court case in Miami after a fan sued her for starting a concert 90 minutes late. The fan, Luis Marmolejo, claimed Madonna tricked ticket buyers by delaying her April show at Miami’s Kaseya Center. Judge Jorge Pérez Santiago ruled that the concert’s scheduled 8:30 p.m. start was only an estimate and that an opening act went on as planned before Madonna’s set. The fan’s lawsuit argued the late start and the hot venue broke Florida laws about fair treatment for customers. The judge, however, said the fan’s complaint about the heat was a personal feeling and didn't count as a legal issue. “If it was too hot for you, it’s too cold for somebody else,” the judge commented during the October 24 hearing. This week, she’s still holding two spots, but one of her albums has made a surprising return, while another has disappeared. Her album Confessions on a Dance Floor  is back on the Official Dance Albums chart at No. 39. This album, which won a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album more than 10 years ago, just made it into the top 40. Confessions on a Dance Floor  is Madonna’s only album to reach No. 1 on the Official Dance Albums chart. Though most of her music is labeled as pop or R&B, four of her albums have made it to this dance chart, with three of them related to the Confessions  era.
