While the Hawks had a roster that included Dejounte Murray, they have been one of the most disappointing teams in the league for almost two years. The offense is often one-dimensional, old-school and outdated, with the team taking and making fewer three-pointers than most teams in the league. Young's continued disinterest in being an active off-ball participant is an issue. The hope is that a new coach will be able to open Young's mind to a different way and maximize the Hawks offensively.
