Photo: Floyd Mayweather Jr. (Instagram) A U.S. court has ruled that former boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. must pay $2.4 million to Zinni Media Concept Limited, a Nigerian company.  The case involves a contract breach from 2017 when Mayweather agreed to make appearances in Africa, including Nigeria.  However, he canceled the deal and did not return the money paid in advance. Mayweather appealed, but in August 2024, the appellate court upheld the decision. The court also allowed U.S. attorneys to take action, possibly seizing Mayweather’s luxury cars to cover the debt.
