Chandler, who was defeated by Charles Oliveira last Saturday, used his microphone time to call out potential opponents, including Conor McGregor and Max Holloway for the BMF title. Chandler, 38, had hoped a win over Oliveira would bring him closer to an undisputed title fight. However, after his loss, he pivoted to other options, suggesting a fight with Holloway for the BMF belt or reigniting his rivalry with McGregor. “I had a bunch of callouts,” Chandler said in the Octagon. “Maybe Max Holloway for the BMF belt. McGregor’s last fight was in 2021, when he lost to Dustin Poirier twice.  Since then, McGregor has focused on his business ventures, including his Forged Irish Stout and his involvement with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). UFC president Dana White thinks McGregor will return to the UFC next year.  McGregor was supposed to fight Michael Chandler earlier this year after their appearance on The Ultimate Fighter , but an injury forced McGregor to pull out. Photo: Paddy Pimblett (Instagram) Paddy Pimblett , a rising UFC star from Liverpool, has set his sights on fighting former UFC champion Charles Oliveira .  Pimblett believes that beating Oliveira could lead to a shot at the lightweight title currently held by Islam Makhachev . After his big win at UFC 304, where he submitted King Green with a triangle choke, Pimblett earned the #15 spot in the lightweight rankings. Now, he’s eager to climb even higher. The event is set to take place in Perth, Western Australia, allowing Hooker to fight closer to home. Hooker hasn't fought since July 2023, when he defeated Jalin Turner at UFC 290. After that fight, Hooker broke his hand and needed surgery. Recently, Hooker revealed that he turned down a big fight offer to hold out for UFC 305. He shared that his management team and the UFC preferred him to fight elsewhere, but he insisted on Perth. Photo: Instagram/Islam Makhachev Following Dan Hooker's accusation that Islam Makhachev used an IV to rehydrate after weighing in for his UFC 284 main event with Alexander Volkanovski, Makhachev's team has come out to deny the claims. Hooker, a teammate of Volkanovski, called Makhachev a "cheating dog" and accused him of using intravenous (IV) therapy, which is banned by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) and the UFC's drug testing partner. However, USADA only allows IV infusions or injections for medical procedures, and not for rehydration after weigh-ins.
