The charges are for assault and interference with communications. Crystal Martinez, a drug-testing agent from Drug Free Sport, claims Jones assaulted her while she was collecting a sample. She says Jones couldn't provide a urine sample and got upset when she suggested a blood test. Martinez alleges that Jones took her cell phone and began recording her, and appeared intoxicated during the incident, even saying that people who come to his house "end up dead."
