St-Pierre, who retired from MMA in 2019, is known as one of the greatest fighters of all time and a legend in the welterweight division. Fans have been hoping for years to see St-Pierre, also known as "Rush," return to the Octagon. While he has shown some interest in competing in jiu-jitsu matches, he has avoided getting back into MMA. Tyron Woodley, however, revealed that both he and St-Pierre were offered $7 million by one of Woodley’s Middle Eastern investors to make the fight happen. “Georges St-Pierre never wanted to fight me,” Woodley said in an interview, sharing that St-Pierre has declined several offers to face him.
