Baltimore Ravens And Offensive Coordinator Greg Roman Part Ways After Six Seasons

The Baltimore Ravens have parted ways with offensive coordinator Greg Roman following six seasons with the team.

This change comes after the team's wild-card loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and a season in which the Ravens struggled at times offensively, particularly when quarterback Lamar Jackson suffered a knee injury.

Roman had been the team's offensive coordinator since 2019 and was instrumental in devising an offensive scheme that suited Jackson well and led the team to top rankings in yards and points scored.

Head coach John Harbaugh stated that the team will conduct a wide search for Roman's replacement and that Jackson will be involved in the hiring process.

The focus now shifts to finding a new offensive coordinator and the future of Jackson, who is set to become a free agent in March.
