Lakers And LeBron James Outraged After Missed Foul Call vs Celtics: NBA Admits Mistake

Lakers and LeBron James were shocked after not getting a crucial foul call in the game vs Celtics; the NBA confirms a missed call.

The Lakers are frustrated with NBA officials this season, as they rank 3rd in the restricted area field goal attempts but only 19th in clutch free-throw attempts per minute.

Despite being the offense with the most paint scores, they can't seem to get calls in close games. The situation reached a new low in the Saturday game vs Celtics.

Up three with 4 secs left, a layup by Jaylen Brown cut the Lakers' lead to one, but a foul call on Patrick Beverley gave Brown a free throw, tying the game.

James attacked the rim for a layup but Jayson Tatum hit his arm, with no whistle.

The crew chief later admitted they missed the play. Both James and Beverley were upset, with James bewildered by the lack of calls.

Beverley was even more proactive, trying to show the camera to the crew chief and getting a technical foul.

The Lakers are livid, calling the lack of calls "bullshit" and "unacceptable".

The team is now 23-27 and in 13th place in the Western Conference, with playoff chances at risk due to missed calls.

A pattern of poor officiating has followed the Lakers this season, with the Celtics game being the latest example.
