Devin Booker's 35 Points Lead Phoenix Suns To Dominant Win Against Chicago Bulls

On Friday, the Phoenix Suns secured a 125-104 win against the Chicago Bulls, with Devin Booker scoring 35 points and Josh Okogie adding 25.

Booker made 12 of his 24 shots from the floor, including 6 of 10 from beyond the arc.

This victory marks the Suns' seventh straight win against the Bulls, and their 14th win in 19 games overall.

In their first game this season against the Bulls, Booker scored 51 points in just three quarters.

Kevin Durant, who recently joined the Suns, scored 20 points in the game, taking his career total to 26,727 and moving him into 13th place in NBA history ahead of Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson.

The Suns shot 50% from the floor (42 of 84) and 42.6% from three-point range (20 of 47).

Chicago's DeMar DeRozan scored 31 points, sinking 13 of his 18 shots from the floor.

Zach LaVine added 27 points, and Nikola Vucevic recorded 13 points and nine rebounds for the Bulls, who have lost eight of their last 11 games.

Phoenix led 40-29 at the end of the first quarter, with Booker making 5 of 8 shots from the floor. 

In the second quarter, Chicago went on a 25-8 run, with LaVine scoring 12 points, giving them a 64-60 lead at halftime.

In the third quarter, Booker led the charge for the Suns, scoring 14 points, and they took a 94-85 lead.

Although Chicago closed the gap early in the fourth quarter, the Suns' Damion Lee and Durant responded with key shots.

Phoenix's Chris Paul then sank three 3-pointers in the game's closing minutes to lead the Suns to an 18-4 run and secure the win.
