Dillon Brooks And Draymond Green Reignite Feud With Fiery Exchange After Grizzlies' Win Over Warriors

The beef between Dillon Brooks and Draymond Green continues to sizzle after the Memphis Grizzlies trounced the Golden State Warriors.

Their feud started during last year's playoffs when Green was ejected from Game 1 against Brooks' Grizzlies, and Brooks was ejected from Game 2 and suspended for a hit on a Warriors player.


Since then, the two have traded insults, with Brooks telling ESPN's Tim Keown that he doesn't like anything to do with Green and the Warriors.

In response, Green unleashed a scathing attack on Brooks on his podcast, The Draymond Green Show, suggesting that the Grizzlies are not ready to compete for a championship with Brooks on their team.

Following their latest win over the Warriors, Brooks was asked about Green's podcast and his burgeoning media career.

Brooks quipped that Green should keep doing his thing off the court, as it was "cute" and "fun for him."

Green responded by suggesting that Brooks was easily baited into technical fouls, and that the Grizzlies were not really a rival because they had never beaten the Warriors in the playoffs.

Green also mocked Brooks' statement that the Grizzlies were a budding dynasty, saying that dynasties start after a player leaves, not with them.

There is a good chance that the Warriors and Grizzlies will face off in the playoffs this season.

With the Kings and Grizzlies tied in the loss column for the No. 2 and No. 3 seed in the Western Conference, and Kevin Durant expected to miss several weeks with an injury, it is unlikely that either team will fall farther down the standings.

The Warriors currently occupy the No. 6 slot, which means they could face the Grizzlies in the first round if they can hold on to that position or earn the No. 7 seed in the play-in round.

Despite the possibility of a playoff matchup, Green shows no signs of giving Brooks any leeway on or off the court.

Their rivalry is one of the most heated in the NBA, and their latest exchange of insults has only added fuel to the fire.

Fans of both teams will be eagerly awaiting any further developments in this ongoing feud.
