The Phoenix Suns secured their seventh consecutive victory with a 119-115 win over the undermanned Denver Nuggets.
This win elevated the Suns 10 games above .500 for the first time in the season.
Although the Nuggets sat all five starters for rest ahead of the playoffs, it did not prevent them from dominating the first half of the game, leading by one point at halftime with the Suns defense allowing Denver to shoot 52% from the field.
