Terence Crawford expressed his willingness to have a rematch with Errol Spence Jr at 154 lbs, considering his previous thoughts about moving up in weight.

Crawford won the fight in a dominant fashion, leading to questions about the contractual rematch. Spence had mentioned his reluctance to have the rematch at 147 lbs, leaving it up to Crawford to dictate the terms, including the weight class for the rematch.

During the post-fight press conference, Crawford emphasized that he never underestimates his opponents and would approach a potential rematch with Spence with the same level of preparation and respect. He thanked Spence and his team for making the fight happen, acknowledging that it was a highly anticipated bout.

Crawford confidently claimed to be the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter after this victory, stating that both fighters were in the top five, making the winner the undeniable top-ranked fighter. He dismissed the notion that the fight was easier than expected, explaining the rigorous training and hard work put into preparation.

The moment held great significance for Crawford, but he still considered winning his first world title in Scotland as his most cherished memory, where he fulfilled a lifelong dream. He also acknowledged his place in boxing history, showing respect for the fighters who came before him and leaving it to others to determine his all-time ranking.

Crawford expressed a sense of vindication after years of being overlooked in PBC broadcasts. He called for positive coverage and recognition, highlighting his accomplishments in stepping up and proving his critics wrong time and again.

As for his future plans, Crawford was uncertain about his next steps, considering his age and long career in boxing. He mentioned the need to sit down with his team and discuss the options moving forward.
