Conor McGregor has been ordered to pay the legal fees of a woman who accused him of sexual assault after losing a civil court case in Ireland.
The judge also warned McGregor about possible contempt of court charges following his angry posts on social media after the verdict.
According to a report from RTE, McGregor lashed out on X (formerly Twitter), calling the court a “kangaroo court” and accusing the legal system of being biased. “This is not a court of hard evidence and truth,” McGregor wrote. “We are not done yet. Appeal! Appeal! Appeal!”

McGregor, 36, is planning to appeal the decision. His fiancée, Dee Devlin, also used social media to defend him and criticize the verdict, accusing the victim of being the aggressor.
The fallout from the case has already impacted McGregor's career. Proper 12, the whiskey brand he co-founded, dropped him following the verdict.
