Ace Frehley, the original guitarist of KISS, has died at the age of 74 after suffering a brain bleed from a fall in his studio a few weeks ago.
TMZ reported that he had been on life support before his passing.
His family shared a heartfelt statement saying they were heartbroken but thankful to be with him in his final moments.
Earlier this month, Frehley canceled his 2025 tour dates due to medical issues following his fall.
He was advised by doctors not to travel while recovering.
Frehley first left KISS in 1982, rejoined in 1996, and left again in 2002 after the band’s first farewell tour.
At the time of his death, he was working on “Origins Vol. 3,” a sequel to his earlier cover albums.
His most recent album, “10,000 Volts,” was released in February 2024 through MNRK Music Group.
