Twisted Sister guitarist Jay Jay French revealed that the band is thinking about recording one new song written by frontman Dee Snider.

In an interview with Long Island’s 102.3 WBAB, French said Snider recently shared the song with the group, and they are “considering” recording it.

The band has not released new music since 2009’s “30,” which appeared on the Stay Hungry reissue.

French admitted fans usually prefer hearing the old hits live, but said the new track could be added if it feels right.

Twisted Sister will reunite in 2026 for their 50th anniversary, playing major rock festivals across Europe.

The lineup will include Snider, French, and guitarist Eddie Ojeda, with Russ Pzütto on bass and Joe Franco on drums.

Bassist Mark “The Animal” Mendoza will not join due to “irreconcilable differences.” Snider said the reunion is not a full tour but a celebration of the band’s legacy.
