Rush frontman Geddy Lee has confirmed that the band will reunite for a 2026 tour called Fifty Something, marking their first shows in 11 years.
The tour begins June 7 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, the same venue as their final concert in 2015.
Lee and guitarist Alex Lifeson will be joined by German drummer Anika Nilles, who once toured with Jeff Beck.
Lee said the decision to return was “very difficult” after drummer Neil Peart’s death in 2020 but felt it was time to celebrate their music again.
The band plans to perform two sets each night, changing the setlist often with more than 35 songs in rotation.
Lee shared that fans can expect tributes to Peart during the shows.
Tickets for the initial dates sold out quickly, leading to more stops being added across North America.
The tour will run through fall and early winter, with shows in cities like Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles.
