Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro have postponed their US tour after a visa error forced them to cancel plans just days before it began.
The shows were meant to start on December 2 in support of their chart-topping album Futique.
Frontman Simon Neil said an “admin mistake” caused the delay, explaining that their visas were issued with the wrong start date.
In a video posted on Instagram, Neil said they were “so angry” and had contacted lawyers and even members of Congress, but nothing could be done.
The band now plans to reschedule the tour for April or May 2026, with all tickets remaining valid.
Neil apologized to fans who had already booked travel, saying he understood their frustration and offered refunds.
He admitted the band feels “cursed” with US tours, after canceling a 2022 date due to Covid.
The news follows their announcement of a massive 2026 headline show at London’s Finsbury Park.
